Biography

Neeraj is a dynamic and versatile performer whose artistic journey seamlessly bridges the
microphone, the stage, and the camera. His tryst with the world of performance began in June 1997 with a theatre workshop conducted in Delhi by YATRIK theatre group— an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to storytelling and entertainment. Since then, he has evolved into a multifaceted creative force: Radio Host, Voice Actor, Emcee, News Anchor, Scriptwriter, Translator, Dubbing Dialogue Writer, Storyteller and a Theatre Entrepreneur.

Neeraj’s association with the mic began formally in March 2001 as a Radio Jockey with All
India Radio’s Delhi FM station (102.6 MHz). What started as a broadcast career soon transformed into a deeper exploration of voice performance. He diversified into dubbing and voice overs by lending his voice acting talent to some of the most prestigious national and international television networks, including National Geographic, Discovery, Disney, HBO, History, Fox, BBC India, Nat Geo Wild, Hungama, Bindaas, NDTV, Aaj Tak and Zee News, among many others. From high-impact television content to radio commercials and TVCs, his voice has carried stories across genres and audiences. In 2016, he further expanded his on-screen presence by voice-hosting the celebrity-based show “Cricket, Camera, Action” for ABP News.

His compelling narrative style and emotive depth also earned him recognition in the audiobook space, where he was among the select early voices from Delhi chosen to record for major podcast and audiobook platforms including Audible, Kuku FM and Spotify — bringing literature to life for a new generation of listeners.

In front of the camera, Neeraj has appeared in the offbeat film “Chai Paani etc.”, television
serial “Rajdhani”, music album “Aaliya”, and several short films during the formative years
of his career.

However, the stage remains his first love. Over the past three decades, he has performed in
more than 50 theatrical productions across Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Haryanvi, Urdu, and
Punjabi. His work has resonated with audiences not only across India but also internationally, reflecting his enduring passion for live performance and cultural storytelling.

With nearly three decades of artistic excellence behind him, Neeraj stands as a consummate
performer — a voice that informs, a presence that commands, and a storyteller who
continues to connect, captivate, and inspire across every medium he embraces.
